01 Agreement to These Terms

By accessing this website or buying the ELEVORA prompt vault, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or purchase the product.

02 What You Get & Your License

ELEVORA is a curated digital collection of text prompts for use with AI assistants. When you purchase, we grant you a personal, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Use the prompts for your own personal and commercial projects.
• Adapt and customize the prompts to fit your needs.
• Use the output you generate with them however you like.

This is a license, not a sale of the underlying collection. You own the results you create; we retain ownership of the prompt vault itself.

03 What You May Not Do

To keep things fair for everyone, you agree not to:

• Resell, sublicense, rent, or redistribute the prompt vault (in whole or in substantial part) as your own product.
• Share your access, files, or login with others, or post the collection publicly for free download.
• Repackage the prompts into a competing prompt pack, course, or library.
• Use the product for anything unlawful, harmful, or that infringes others' rights.

Using individual prompts inside your own work, content, or client projects is absolutely fine — that's what they're for.

04 Intellectual Property

The ELEVORA name, logo, website, design, and the curated collection are owned by ELEVORA and protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the license granted above, no rights are transferred to you.

05 Purchases, Pricing & Access

Prices are shown on the website and may change at any time, but changes won't affect orders already placed. Promotional pricing is available only for the stated period. After a successful payment, you'll receive access to the product and any updates we include with your purchase. You're responsible for providing an accurate email address to receive access.

07 Third-Party AI Tools

ELEVORA is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Microsoft, or any AI provider. "ChatGPT", "Claude", "Gemini", and similar names are trademarks of their respective owners. You are responsible for complying with the terms of any AI tool you use the prompts with.

08 Disclaimers

The product is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. AI tools are probabilistic — results vary based on the model, your inputs, and how you use them. We do not guarantee any specific output, outcome, result, income, or level of performance. Nothing in the prompts constitutes professional, legal, financial, or medical advice.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ELEVORA and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the product. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

10 Termination

We may suspend or revoke your access if you breach these Terms — for example by redistributing the vault. On termination, the license granted to you ends and you must stop using and delete the materials.

11 Governing Law & Changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ELEVORA operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version, and continued use means you accept the changes.
