01 How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund takes about a minute:

  • Use the subject line "Refund request" and include your order number or receipt if you have it.
  • You're welcome (but never required) to tell us what didn't work — it helps us improve.

02 Eligibility

To keep the guarantee fair and sustainable:

  • Requests must be made within 30 days of your original purchase date.
  • The guarantee applies to your purchase of the ELEVORA prompt vault.
  • We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of clear abuse — for example, requesting a refund after copying and redistributing the full collection, or repeated buy-and-refund activity.

03 How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through our payment provider (such as Stripe, Gumroad, Lemon Squeezy, or PayPal). Once processed on our side, it typically takes 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. We'll refund the full amount you paid; any difference in currency conversion or processor fees is outside our control.

04 Access After a Refund

Because ELEVORA is a digital product, once your refund is issued your license ends. You agree to stop using and to delete your copies of the prompt vault.
